Urbane Cannabis Retail Store Design

  • Concept and plans for Urbane Cannabis Store.

  • Working in partnership with Westwind Design Group.

  • An open plan with visual access to product and perching tables with iPads that doubled as product display, encouraged casual browsing, exploration and learning about the different products in a warm relaxed environment.

  • The plan needed to control the flow of traffic, be responsive to queues, as well accommodate deliveries.

  • Adjacencies / proximities were particularly important due to nature of product. ie. secure location of the vault and employee’s efficient access to it.

  • The finishes: use of light wood slats, green moss accents to evoke warmth and nature. The gold accents and dark rich colour palette speaks of sophistication, yet friendly and accessible.

Translating your brand identity into your interior spaces:

Creating a holistic brand experience for your customers provides an opportunity for them to engage with your brand through interactions and experiences within the space. Appropriate finishes in colour, lighting, textures, etc., with a well laid out floor plan contribute to how customers feel inside the store. That feeling of quality of interiors and attention to detail is in turn associated with the quality of product and brand.
